Terms & Conditions for Paytm Cashback Voucher:

This cashback offer (“Offer”) is made available to you by DFM Foods Ltd. (“DFM Foods”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before redeeming the Offer. The Offer is purely voluntary and optional.

Products (as defined below) are also available without this Offer. By redeeming the Offer, you acknowledge that you satisfy all the Offer eligibility requirements, as provided herein below, and agree to be bound by the T&Cs.

For the purpose of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or ““Your” shall mean any natural person who is redeeming the Offer.

1. Participation:

(a) Eligibility: Any natural person, individual, citizen of India, who purchases the product carrying Offer (“Product”) from an authorized distributor of DFM Foods, will be eligible to redeem the Offer during the Offer Period (“Eligible Customers”). The Eligible Customer must mandatorily have a valid account on Paytm with KYC and any other relevant details required to redeem the Offer.

(b) Offer: - This Offer entitles the Eligible Customer to redeem an amount equivalent to Rs. 10 or Rs. 20 or Rs. 25 in form of Paytm Voucher on Paytm Website / application only during the Offer Period. The actual denomination of the coupon and the unique code for redeeming the Offer may be mentioned on the Product purchased by the Eligible Customer. DFM Foods reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute Offer at any time without any prior notice.

For clarity the Offer herein is being provided by Premier Sales Promotions Private Ltd. (“Offeror”) in collaboration with DFM Foods, however, the responsibility of any cashback to the Eligible Customer who redeems the Offer will be the sole responsibility of the Offeror and DFM Foods does not promises any cashback and will not be responsible if the Offeror fails to provide any cashback. This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

(c) An Eligible Customer may be entitled to redeem the unique code on the packaging of the Product until: (a) four (4) months from the ‘PKD date’ mentioned on the label of the Product; or (b) 20th August 2023, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”)., in case you are not able to redeem please call on customer care number 1800110020. The unique code cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period, and you agree to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Offer Period.

DFM Foods reserves the right to revoke the Offer and not provide any cashback, at its sole discretion, even if the Eligible Customer redeems the same within Offer Period and in such case DFM Foods and/or the Offeror will not be liable and/or responsible for any loss, claim to any Eligible Customer and/or any third party.

2. Process:

(a) An Eligible Customer may redeem the offer by visiting the webpage provided on the package of the Product and entering the required information and unique code mentioned on the Product.
(b) The unique code is valid once per Eligible Customer (“Participant”).
(c) Once all the information and the unique code is entered by the Participant, DFM Foods and Offeror will reserve the right to verify all details and the cashback will then be credited to Participant’s PayTM wallet at DFM Foods’ sole discretion.

3. Procedure to use cashback credited (if any):

(a) Amount credited to your Paytm Wallet cannot be transferred. Paytm cashback offered as part of this Offer is non-transferrable, non-refundable; and no physical cash payment will be made in lieu of this. At any stage, DFM Foods and/or Paytm reserves their right to call upon the Participant to submit any document for verification of identity as per its sole discretion.
(b) DFM Foods will not be liable for any delay in actual redemption under this Offer reflecting in the customers’ account. DFM Foods will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the unique code.
(c) Offer is Valid for transactions made at paytm.com or on the Paytm App.
4. If you are not a Paytm registered customer, you will be required to register on Paytm website or Paytm Mobile App to receive your Paytm cashback. All terms & conditions of Paytm apply for the usage of Paytm voucher on Paytm website/App.
5. All Participants agrees that Paytm offering cashback vouchers may at any time stipulate additional terms and conditions for redemption of cashback vouchers and such terms and conditions shall be binding on the Participants and shall apply to every redemption of recharge/discount coupons by the Participants.
6. Paytm holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per Paytm policies.
7. DFM Foods shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Offer or due to participation by any person in the Offer.
8. DFM Foods shall not be responsible for downtime on the services, caused due to technicalities (like failure of hardware equipment, configuration issue, network congestion), or due to decisions/changes in regulations that are carried out by TRAI, RBI, DoT or any other regulatory body.Any such downtime or loss caused due to such downtime outside the control of DFM Foods cannot be attributed towards DFM Foods/Organisers and the same cannot be held liable for the same.
9. In the event of any fraud detection Paytm reserve the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period. In such cases, DFM Foods Limited or Offeror or its partner agency will not be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the coupon including redemption request not being honored by Paytm.
10. At any time DFM Foods reserves the right to update and/or amend all or any of these terms without further notice. You are advised to review these T&Cs periodically, as your continued purchase of Products after any modification to these T&Cs will constitute your acceptance of such modification.
11. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the coupon may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
12. In no event shall the maximum liability of DFM Foods and/or Offeror exceed the value of the Paytm cashback Voucher i.e., Rs. 10 or Rs. 20 or Rs. 25 as the case may be.
13. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangalore.
14. Paytm reserve the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. Paytm/BigCity Promotions has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity.
15. DFM Foods or the Organiser can withdraw or cancel the promotional offer with or without any notice to the customers. Withdrawal of the said scheme / promotional activity is the exclusive right of the Organisers.
16. The terms and conditions provided herein override the terms and conditions pre-printed on packaging material, if any. Any dispute or conflict between these terms and conditions, and other conditions provided elsewhere, these terms and conditions would prevail.
17. All matters are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in South Delhi only.

Terms & Conditions: Amazon Pay Voucher

For the purpose of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or ““Your” shall mean any natural person who is redeeming the Offer.

(a) Amazon Pay Voucher may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.amazon.in. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Amazon Pay balance. Any unused Amazon Pay balance will remain associated with the redeemer's Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Amazon Pay balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Amazon Pay.
(b) Amazon Pay Voucher cannot be used to purchase another voucher. Amazon Pay cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused voucher balances associated with an Amazon.in account cannot be transferred to another Amazon.in account. No interest will be payable by Amazon on any Voucher or balance.
(c) DFM Foods or Amazon.in or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. is not responsible if Amazon Pay Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.amazon.in.
(d) The amazon.in conditions of use apply to Amazon Pay Voucher. Amazon.in reserves the right to change these Amazon Pay Voucher terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
(e) Amazon Pay Voucher is redeemable across all products on Amazon except apps, certain global store products and other Amazon.in voucher.
(f) Voucher once sold are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.
(g) This Amazon Pay Voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and shall under no circumstances can be exchanged for cash.
(h) Validity of voucher cannot be extended; new voucher cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
(i) This Amazon Pay Voucher is not valid at any of Amazon.in alliance partner website/App or any retail outlets /stores
4. All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
5. Amazon Pay Voucher are a Prepaid Instrument subjected to regulations by Reserve Bank of India. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its voucher issuing partners will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the Voucher and transaction undertaken using the Voucher. The issuer is also required to share the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Voucher with RBI or such statutory authorities, as per statutory guidelines issued from time to time. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its voucher issuing partners may contact the purchaser of the Voucher in this regard.
6. In no event shall the maximum liability of DFM Foods exceed the value of the cashback Voucher i.e., Rs. 10 or Rs. 20 or Rs. 25 as the case may be.

Terms and Conditions of the Promotion:

1. Subject to the terms and condition set out above, this Offer entitles the end-user to Rs. 10 or Rs. 20 or Rs. 25 Paytm / Amazon Pay Voucher on respective partner Website / App, at DFM Foods’s sole discretion. The denomination of the applicable voucher may be mentioned on your Product.
2. This Offer is not available to employees, Agents, Dealers, or Distributors of DFM Foods Limited and Premier Sales PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
3. The usage of this Offer is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
4. The "How to Use" instructions form a part of these Terms &Conditions.
5. Only one voucher code per registration will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be registered together.
6. Two voucher can be used per person, per mobile no, per email id per day per month during the applicable Offer Period.
7. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or DFM Foods Limited cannot be held responsible for changes in voucher usage policies or discontinuation of vouchers by the offer partner (Paytm/Amazon). In the event that a particular offer has been discontinued by the offer provider, Premier Sales Promotions reserves the right to offer the customer an alternative reward of equal value i.e., Rs. 10 or Rs. 20 or Rs. 25. This would complete our promotional obligations to you.
8. The unique code has no monetary value other than on Paytm and/or Amazon Pay Voucher, as applicable and is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
9. This Offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
10. Under this promotion, the unique codes are being offered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. DFM Foods Limited is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this code and the Paytm cash offered.
11. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including but not limited to accessing the promotional website, SMS charges to enter the promotion, call charges, or data charges are the responsibility of each entrant. The entrant may be charged by their respective telecom operator as per their nominated tariff plan.
12. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. and DFM Foods Limited reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability.
13. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. and DFM Foods Limited shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.
14. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
15. DFM Foods is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset, or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
16. If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of DFM Foods which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, DFM Foods reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
17. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
18. The voucher (PayTM/ Amazon, as applicable) has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured offers.

DFM Foods Limited does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd marketing of such a product or service.
22. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
23. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
24. DFM Foods Limited its employees, agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of the code, and are not liable for any personal loss, and cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction concerning quality or availability of featured offers.
