1. This offer entitles the consumer Rs. 10 or Rs. 20 or Rs. 25 Paytm Voucher on Paytm Website / APP. The denomination will be mentioned on your offer pack.
2. By using the unique code provided inside the Promo pack or redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
3. These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, no claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
4. The code is valid once per user.
5. Amount credited to your Paytm Wallet cannot be transferred.

All Participants agrees that Paytm offering cashback vouchers may at any time stipulate additional terms and conditions for redemption of cashback vouchers and such terms and conditions shall be binding on the Participants and shall apply to every redemption of recharge/discount coupons by the Participants.
9. Paytm holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per Paytm policies.
10. In the event of any fraud detection Paytm reserve the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period. In such cases, DFM Foods Limited or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or its partner agency will not be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the coupon including redemption request not being honored by Paytm.
11. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the coupon may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
12. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the Paytm cashback Voucher i.e., Rs. 10 or Rs. 20 or Rs. 25 as the case may be.
13. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangalore.
14. Paytm reserve the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. Paytm/BigCity Promotions has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity.

Terms & Conditions: Amazon Pay Voucher
1. Amazon Pay Voucher may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.amazon.in.
Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Amazon Pay balance. Any unused Amazon Pay balance will remain associated with the redeemer's Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest
expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Amazon Pay balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Amazon Pay.
2. Amazon Pay Voucher cannot be used to purchase another voucher. Amazon Pay cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused voucher balances associated with an Amazon.in account cannot be transferred to another Amazon.in account. No interest will be payable by Amazon on any Voucher or balance.
3. Amazon.in or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. is not responsible if Amazon Pay Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.amazon.in.
4. The amazon.in conditions of use apply to Amazon Pay Voucher. Amazon.in reserves the right to change these Amazon Pay Voucher terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
5. Amazon Pay Voucher is Redeemable across all products on Amazon except apps, certain global store products and other Amazon.in voucher.
6. Voucher once sold are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.
7. This Amazon Pay Voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and shall under no circumstances can be exchanged for cash.

purchase of the Voucher and transaction undertaken using the Voucher. The issuer is also required to share the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Voucher with RBI or such statutory authorities, as per statutory guidelines issued from time to time. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
